1. Marketing Strategy & Commercial Performance
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Support commercial objectives across room revenue, wellness programs, day-trip products and F&B.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, E-commerce and Operations teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Coordinate and implement relevant marketing initiatives and campaigns recommended by Fusion, where applicable.
2. Brand, Content & Social Media Management
- Manage the resorts’ social media platforms and digital presence.
- Develop content plans and oversee content publishing across communication channels.
- Create compelling brand stories that communicate the value of wellness experiences, hot springs, day-trip products and destination experiences.
- Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
3. Content Production
- Coordinate photography, videography and content production projects.
- Develop creative direction, key messaging and content requirements for photography, videography and marketing content production projects.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent visual and written content across all communication channels.
4. KOL, KOC & Media Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, influencers and media partners.
- Coordinate hosted stays, experience programs and barter collaborations.
- Manage content generation through influencer and media partnerships.
- Evaluate partnership effectiveness and campaign outcomes.
5. Agency & Vendor Management
- Coordinate and manage external agencies, graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other marketing vendors.
- Prepare project briefs and communicate project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables and quality standards.
6. Alba Ecosystem Collaboration
- Collaborate with other Alba ecosystem businesses on cross-brand activities when required.
- Support communication and promotional activities related to Alba Natural Mineral Water and Alba Skincare Mist.
- Ensure consistency of brand presentation across ecosystem initiatives.
7. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular marketing reports.
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend improvement opportunities to support business growth.
