Assist Retail Marketing Manager in terms of developing and executing brand merchandise projects — from concept to in-store launch.
This role ensures each merchandise item reflects the brand identity, launches on time, and delivers both commercial results and brand value.
- Understand the brand DNA: analyze target customers, brand essence, and seasonal direction to develop merchandise ideas aligned with brand strategy.
- Develop merchandise concepts: create product ideas (theme, materials, colors, messages, and moodboard) consistent with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Design Team: brief concepts, review mockups, evaluate feasibility and production quality.
- Coordinate with Procurement Team & Suppliers: collect quotations, compare samples, check quality, monitor production, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work with QA Team: clarify product information for official disclosure and ensure all required documentation and certifications for merchandise are properly completed.
- Collaborate with Production and Planning Team: ensure product quantity, quality, and delivery timeline are aligned with launch plans.
- Manage project timeline: plan and track all stages from ideation to product launch; update and report progress regularly.
- Support store implementation: guide visual merchandising, manage POSM display, and ensure merchandise rollout across stores.
- Monitor performance: track sales data, analyze product effectiveness, prepare reports, and propose next actions for improvement.
