1. Improve or restructure the brand image of the products to attract consumers and drive sales.
+ Manage all MKT members and brand name of SGP to aim to contribute for company growth.
+ Build and develop MKT team.
+ Plan/Deploy MKT strategy based on management’s instruction: Sales increase, diversify products, leading to quality products, increase market share for each brand in the target market.
+ Build brand name for company products, matching the brand strategy.
+ Research new product development and Plan/Deploy new product development.
+ Research/Organize/Allocate products based on MKT mix 4Ps: Price/product/promotion/place.
+ Plan/Deploy/Allocation budget for each brand and control activities budget for each brand.
+ Research/Analyze/Evaluate the market situation to generate ideas and review market forecasts.
+ Organize/Collect market information, competitors’ information, and consumer feedback through third parties or the company.
2. Support sales activity through planning and executing events or campaigns.
+ Support for Sales team, such as increasing visibility, penetration, distribution target, No. of SKU in outlet and AO through National consumer promotion, POSM supporting, sales activation approved by management.
3. Understand and comply with the legal requirements of the products.
+ Handling issues related to assignment tasks that arise during the working process in the authority assigned.
4. Responsible for combining the MKT department with other departments as Production/Purchasing/Sourcing /HR/Finance/R&D/Trade MKT and Sales team follow up tasks to finish company target.
5. Update all reports of brand performance.
6. Other job as assigned by the Superior.
+ At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, with prior experience working in and a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
+ Ability to create differentiation and innovate brand identity systems.
+ Ability to quickly capture sales opportunities and market insights.
+ Well-organized, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
+ Strong people management skills
