Job Description

Marketing

· Be responsible for the creation and implementation of the dealership’s marketing plan.

· Conduct market research & competitor analysis.

· Develop and manage marketing budgets, regularly monitor expenditure, and prepare summary reports.

· Coordinate with other departments to propose, monitor, and analyze marketing promotions. Register promotions and update to related departments after registration.

· Work with Event Coordinators to plan and execute promotional events. Measure & evaluate the success of events after completion.

· Take care of H.O.G chapter activities.

· Develop new ideas for reaching end-user markets.

· Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.

· Discover effective marketing and promotional channels.

Advertising & Promotion

· Work with Designer and Videographer to create, review and edit promotional & informational materials.

· Manage the production of marketing materials.

· Establish and maintain contact with the media.

Digital Marketing:

· Collaborate with the in-house team to develop brand content and create content plans for Facebook and the Website.

· Collaborate with Digital team in monitoring social media i.e., Facebook Fan page (daily basis).

Other tasks

· Handle customers’ complaints to strengthen relationships with customers.

· Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Marketing execution (motorcycle, automotive, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Adaptability & creativity.
  • Extensive PR & event organization experience.
  • Good knowledge of Motorcycles or Automotive.
  • A genuine passion for motorcycles, freedom, community and the culture of Harley-Davidson and other motorcycle brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build good relationships with others.
  • Good presentation and flexible working hours arrangement skills. 
  • Fluent in English, competent in Microsoft Office.
