Marketing Team Leader is responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that bring brand strategy to life. The role oversees campaign planning, drives hands-on implementation across key marketing channels, and coordinates closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
This position suits someone who combines strong execution capability with structured thinking and solid project management skills — someone who enjoys turning plans into action, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively from planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Project Coordination (35%)
- Translate brand direction and campaign goals into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Plan detailed campaign timelines, key activities, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with line manager to refine campaign plans and adjust activities based on business priorities and market context.
- Own overall project implementation, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and at high execution quality.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders like Sales, PT, and Operations, etc. as well as external partners, ensuring each campaign is supported effectively across the business.
2. Campaign Implementation (45%)
- Drive the hands-on implementation of assigned product campaigns across key touchpoints such as digital platforms, in-club activations, and events.
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Executives, allocating tasks when support is needed and guiding execution to ensure smooth collaboration and strong delivery quality.
- Develop and refine marketing materials, including briefing detailed content to creative teams and supporting the production of marketing and sales materials.
- Ensure all marketing outputs maintain strong attention to detail and consistency with brand direction across channels.
3. Product Development & Strategic Support (20%)
- Support the development of new products by contributing ideas, market observations, and consumer understanding
- Work with line manager in developing product positioning, key messages, and launch approaches for assigned products or initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of training materials or internal guidelines for new marketing initiatives, promotions, or product offerings.
- Collect and interpret relevant internal data, category trends, translating them into clear insights that support product development and marketing decisions.
