Job Description

1. Martech Operations (ZMA / ZBS / Automation):

●      Execute campaign setup on ZMA platform: Minigame deployment (in collaboration with CNV) & ZBS setup and support sales enablement

●      Perform QA and validation: Automation flows (CRM/CDP) & Customer journey and campaign logic

●      Ensure all deliverables meet requirements before go-live

2. SEO/AEO/GEO & Website Operations (Bridge & Key Contact)

●      Act as key contact between Vigo, BUs and agencies for SEO/AEO/GEO & Website (content, UX/UI)

●      Align SEO/AEO/GEO strategy with BUs’ business goals and campaign priorities

●      Coordinate agency execution, track progress and ensure delivery quality

●      Manage website content (blog, campaign) and optimize for SEO, lead & UX

3. Cross-Functional & Cross-BU Collaboration & Vendors

●      Act as the main coordinator for campaign execution across: Marketing, Sales, Medical team & External vendors (CNV, Bizfly …)

●      Track progress, follow up tasks, and ensure on-time delivery

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES[1] :

●      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related fields

●      > = 3 years of experience in:

○      Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing / CRM / Project Coordination

○      Experience in campaign execution or working with marketing systems/platforms

●      Experience working with cross-functional teams or vendors is preferred
