Job Description

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data in SAP across MM, SD, PP, QM, FICO modules, as well as other relevant software systems, if any.
Create and maintain master data records in accordance with the Company's policies, standards, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to review, validate, and timely update master data, ensuring smooth system operations and business processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure master data integrity, prevent duplication, identify and rectify errors, and support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, standards, and procedures governing master data management and operations.
Generate and maintain master data quality reports to monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and report master data issues, and coordinate with relevant departments and data owners to review and correct errors in a timely manner.
Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users on master data management and system operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in Master Data Management or a similar role.
1+ year of SAP experience with at least 2 modules: FICO, MM, SD, or PP.
Hands-on SQL/database experience; Python is a plus.
Good business knowledge in Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
SAP Certification is a plus.
