Material Controller/ Thủ kho

Chức vụ Thủ kho / Kiểm soát vật tư

** Mô tả công việc:

• Tiếp nhận và phân loại vật liệu, bộ phận, vật tư đến, v.v.

• Lưu giữ nhật ký và duy trì tồn kho vật liệu, mặt hàng và các hoạt động liên quan khác trên hệ thống FAST

• Theo dõi lượng hàng trong kho khi vật liệu / thiết bị được xuất / chuyển

• Phối hợp hoạt động giao nhận vật liệu với nhà thầu phụ và kỹ sư

• Kiểm tra và xác minh các mặt hàng đến với hóa đơn hoặc các tài liệu khác; ghi nhận sự thiếu hụt và loại bỏ hàng hóa bị hư hỏng; và lập báo cáo

• Thiết lập bố trí và đảm bảo sử dụng không gian hiệu quả , an toàn và dễ tiếp cận

• Lập báo cáo lượng hàng tồn kho cho phong kế toán

• Nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Chỉ huy trưởng

• Receive and sort incoming materials, parts, supplies, etc.

• Keep logs and maintain inventories of materials, items, and other related activities on FAST

• Maintain high quality accurate records of orders and the quantities, types and location of parts and supplies

• Monitor stock levels as materials/equipment are issued/transferred

• Co-ordinate delivery activities with sub-con and engineer

• Inspect and verify incoming items against invoices or other documents; record shortages and reject damaged goods; and make a report

• Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization and safety

• Prepare accurate reports and stock inventories for accounting department

• Other tasks assigned by Site manager

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành xây dựng hoặc có liên quan kế toán

• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực xây dựng ở lĩnh vực tương đương

• Tốt kỹ năng máy tính (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Tin cậy và đáng tin cậy

• Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt là lợi thế

• Graduate the college related with construction field

• At least from 3 years of similar work experience preferably in the construction

• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Trustful and reliable

• Good command of English
