Scanning

·       Collect  SMS materials order list from PD team, inform each factory of SMS swatchbooks (upper materials) for all SKUs, based on the SMS list. Keep tracking of the swatch until they arrive.

·       Scan all the upper materials (mesh, microfiber, leather, TPU, PU, shoelace, webbing, bungee, cord, gore) in the scanning machine by xTex software and keep record in the list.

·       Title and photoshop the scanning file in the xTex software.

·       Upload the scanning file into centric.

·       Work with PD Operations team to check and keep all swatch books in warehouse after scanned.

Arrange Daily Courier

·       Distribute the SMS approved color swatch to supplier and factory.

·       Arrange the DHL shipments to US and Thailand on each Tuesday and Friday.

·       Handle custom clearance for import DHL/FedEx shipment if any.

·       Arrange to send/receive sample package of team with interior and international courier service (247, Xinda, SF, DHL).

·       Support team to track the delivery status of sample package.

Collect Inspiration Collection and Catalog for New Season from Suppliers

Any Tasks Assigned By Supervisor

1. Experience at least 1-year in foreigner company.

2. Experience with shoes industry-materials (any materials type).

3. Excelent at English, good at Chinese is a plus.

4. Ability to work individually and team work.

5. Good at communiation and problem solving skills.

6. Excelent at PPT.
