Material Planner - Working at Song Than 3 IP, Binh Duong

Main Objectives:

• Contact window of internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Material plan arrangement and adjustment
• Inventory Controlling
• Strengthen supplier base and develop reliable, competitive, and localized sources.

Main responsibilities:

· Arrange material plans based on production schedules or finished goods delivery timelines; update ERP systems and communicate with suppliers.

· Ensure suppliers deliver materials on time to maintain plant availability.

· Collaborate with program teams for ECN and BOM updates.

· Act as the key person for material part number changes and follow-up.

· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

· Optimize material inventory (DOH and value) to meet company targets.

· Track imported materials and minimize premium freight costs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

Practical experience: Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management.

Hands-on material panning experience with ERP systems and common business platforms.                                                                    

Languages: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Other requirements: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
