Job Description

Set up and operate SMT, wave soldering, laser soldering, potting and coating machines.
Perform manual soldering and rework of SMD components (down to 0402 size) and perform manual gluing when required.
Troubleshoot machine and process issues and perform repair work when required.
Prepare tooling and fixtures for SMT and assembly processes.
Support NPI builds and mass production activities.
Support engineers in process improvement activities.
Collect production data and prepare basic reports.
Use ME tools such as soldering tools, hot air blowers, and basic mechanical tools.
Follow IPC standards and work instructions.
Cài đặt và vận hành máy SMT, máy hàn sóng, hàn laser, máy potting và coating.
Thực hiện hàn và sửa chữa (rework) linh kiện SMD (kích thước nhỏ đến 0402) và tra keo khi cần.
Xử lý sự cố máy móc và quy trình, thực hiện sửa chữa khi cần.
Chuẩn bị tooling và đồ gá cho quy trình SMT và lắp ráp.
Hỗ trợ chạy thử sản phẩm mới (NPI) và sản xuất hàng loạt (MP).
Hỗ trợ kỹ sư trong các hoạt động cải tiến quy trình.
Thu thập dữ liệu sản xuất và chuẩn bị các báo cáo cơ bản.
Sử dụng các dụng cụ ME như bộ hàn, máy khò nhiệt và các dụng cụ cơ khí cơ bản.
Tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn IPC và hướng dẫn công việc.

Candidate is expected to have a Technical, College, or University diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Certificates in soldering work (Through-hole and SMD) will be an advantage.
1–3 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
Language: Ability to read and write in English or Mandarin.

Có chứng chỉ hàn linh kiện (Through-hole và SMD) là một lợi thế.
Có từ 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan là lợi thế.
Ngoại ngữ: Có khả năng đọc và viết bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung.
