Mechanical Design Engineer

o Research/design mechanical parts (plastic & metal) for Charger, Motor Controller and Connector based on customer requirement; including making calculating of product dimensions, drawing sketches of product ideas, design and draw in 2D & 3D.

o Review & verify DFM/Tooling designs from Tool Maker to ensure compliance with Customer's and Friwo's standards, Product requirements, and Manufacturing volume requirements.

o Follow up project's process, performs testing an evaluate designs in prototype sample & final product, prepare development document for each project.

o Perform Design-To-Cost in the new and current product, analyzes materials, product's structure & manufacturing process to evaluate and optimize cost.

o Participates in the team to review & evaluation designing product, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

o Collaborate with other department and suppliers to develop a new project, new tooling and problem-solving from the development phase to mass production and provides technical skills in the in-house factory during.

o      Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

o      2-4 years working experience as same position.

o      Prefer having experience in Mechanical/Packaging/Electric/Electronic manufacturing field, material in plastic, sheet metal, pressing and injection mold.

o      English: Proficient in 4 skills (Intermediate level).

o      Design software: Pro/E (Creo) & Autocad (obligatory).

o      Able to work both in team & individually.

o      Can work under high pressure and lead a small group under.

o      Aggressive, flexible, problem solving skill, solution prevent troubleshooting, training of trainer.
