1. JOB SUMMARY:
· Be responsible for maintaining equipment in packaging area to achieve the targeted equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Execute all planned and unplanned maintenance jobs safely and OTIF.
• Execute and follow up actions to ensure processes are compliant with legal, global and local environmental regulations.
• Prevent environmental issues arising in the process by cooperating with internal and external parties and stakeholders.
• Execute and follow up planned and unplanned maintenance jobs with the required quality.
• Execute and follow up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.
• Work with the AM teams in solving corrective maintenance, escalate any problem and joining breakdown analysis, RCFA execution
• Engage in and Get involved in CILT execution by checking the consistency and quality of work
• Conduct (De)Tagging if required or appropriate.
• Work as technical area owner to support life extension, further cost reduction and innovation.
• Take actions to improve spare part stock at owner area
• Utilize the work preparation room, workshop and is multi-zone assignable
• Elaborate on modification proposals and check the requirements for the modification procedure (e.g. warranty, safety).
• Support AM teams where required.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:
· University degree in heat and refrigeration technology or mechanical field.
· At least 2 years’ experience in repair, maintenance and mange spare parts for machine/equipment in the beverage & food factory.
· Ability to work independently and good team work.
· Good English skills, writing, reading, speaking & listening.
· Office computer skill (excel, word, PowerPoint…).
· AutoCAD software fluently using.
· Age from 24 to 30.
4. ABILITY TEST:
· Technical skill test: The candidate is requested to write a procedure to dismantle and assemble a gear-box motor in English.
· Technical drawing skill test: The candidate is given a machine component and he is requested to draw it in AutoCA
