Mechanical Engineering Intern

You will have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal skills (including verbal and written presentation skills) and extend your professional network. During your internship, you may be asked to:

• Assist in creating innovative packaging designs aligning with our brand identity.
• Research and recommend sustainable and durable packaging materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure quality control and adherence to production timelines.
• Assist in quoting process, development packaging, label, printing material to support product development action.
• Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of packaging materials during product development.
• Support in developing mock-ups and prototypes.
• Perform market research on current trends in packaging and printing technologies.
• Perform international standard research for testing packaging structure, printing material

Duration: 6 months (flexible based on candidate availability)

Can transition into a full-time Packaging Engineer position upon successful completion of the internship.

To qualify, you are required to be pursuing BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging design engineer, Packaging material or Printing Material-Printing Technology Engineer. Even though no previous experience is required, you may meet or have an interest in developing any one of the following qualifications:

• Experience in a multi-national hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in packaging design and printing material management.
• Opportunity to contribute to sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
• Guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry.
• Experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator)
• Practical Experience in packaging design software (Artios Cad)
• Develop competency to be expertise of packaging and printing material field
