Media Production Executive

We are seeking a Media Production Executive who will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality media content for livestream sessions and production projects. This position involves managing all aspects of visual and audio production to support our Brands goals. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating technical equipment and ensuring smooth execution of livestreams and production projects.

Livestream Tasks:

• Prepare detailed task lists with deadlines and collaborate with Brands and eCommerce teams.
• Coordinate booking and transportation of technical equipment for livestream events.
• Work with IT teams to ensure stable internet connections at livestream locations.
• Create promotional teasers and capture images of hosts livestream.
• Produce countdown videos for livestream launches.
• Set up livestream platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTokShop) and manage live session frames.
• Execute livestreams, manage on-screen visuals, and capture behind-the-scenes content.
• Pin products, respond to live audience queries, and engage with customers during livestreams.

Production Tasks:

• Produce brand-focused videos highlighting lifestyle, product reviews, and collections.
• Create Advertising & Commercial, Creative & Branding or Tutorials Videos/Shooting product.
• Capture and edit high-quality images/videos for eCommerce platforms and advertisements.
• Develop promotional videos featuring product demos and user guides.
• Handle retouching, logo design, and other visual assets required for digital campaigns.

Equipment Management:

Propose, manage, and maintain technical equipment and assets required for production and livestream sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in media production or a similar role.
• Proven track record of handling livestreams and video production projects.
• Strong understanding of technical equipment setup and maintenance for livestreams.
• Experience with social media platforms, livestream applications, particularly Facebook and TikTokShop.
