MEP/HVAC Engineer

Objectives of the Position

Supervise and coordinate MEP/ HVAC works at the project site to ensure t imely completion, quality, safety, and effective cost control within the approved project budget.

Task and Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents; coordinate with relevant disciplines
• Supervise and coordinate MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and/or HVAC works at project site
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project team to resolve technical i ssues
• Supervise and report installation, inspection, testing & commissioning and project handover
• Ensure works comply with project requirements, quality and HSE standards
• Support to safety to register workforce f rom suppilers/ subcontractor when working at Site to make sure compliance with specified requirements at Site if requires
• Other additional and ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisors

Objectives of the Position

Thực hiện giám sát và điều phối các công việc MEP/ HVAC tại công trường nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn và kiểm soát chi phí hiệu quả t rong phạm vi ngân sách dự án được phê duyệt

Task and Responsibilities

• Kiểm tra bản vẽ, các yêu cầu, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và phối hợp với các bộ môn liên quan.
• Giám sát và điều phối các hạng mục MEP ( Cơ khí, Điện & Plumbing) và/hoặc HVAC tại công trường.
• Phối hợp với khách hàng, tư vấn, nhà thầu phụ và đội dự án để xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
• Giám sát, báo cáo công tác lắp đặt, nghiệm thu, testing & commissioning và bàn giao dự án.
• Đảm bảo công việc tuân thủ yêu cầu dự án, t iêu chuẩn chất lượng và HSE.
• Hỗ trợ đăng ký thông tin nhân lực của nhà cung cấp/thầu phụ khi ra vào công trường theo quy định của từng Site nếu có yêu cầu
• Các nhiệm vụ bổ sung và đột xuất khác được giao bởi cấp trên.

Requirements

Education:Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical / Tốt nghiệp các ngành: Cơ, điện, kỹ thuật nhiệt

Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a project environment in the construction

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge about Chiller, AHU, Plumping, Cleanroom, ….
• Learn, understand and use technical/engineering document and drawings;
• Able to work with MS Projects;
