Merchandise Associate Manager

1.     Planning :

Manage and control brand management plan preparation: analyze the trends/forecasts, competition, defining key initiatives, and propose to Merchandise Manager and  GM.

In order to ensure achievement of strong profitable growth

2.     Financial Management

Manage and control preparation of brand management budget expenditures, review, fine tune and propose to Merchandise Manager and GM, control implementation and report variances in order to ensure cost effectiveness

3.     Buying

Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget expenditures. In order to A strong profitable and maximize inventory level

4.     Product Pricing

Manage and decide first product pricing. Coordinate with CoE Department after there is a changing (e.g mark down) for price. In order to increase sales & profit hence support organization's goals

5.     Product Allocation

Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring Allocation Team regarding with item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores

6.     Inventory Level

Manage and monitor stock availability and stock level in stores in order to ensure products availability in stores

7.     Marketing

Coordinate with Marketing Team and also partnership with third parties and negotiate for the best deal; control planning & implementation of marketing events for the year; Review monthly performance analysis & find ways to make marketing events successful in order to ensure timely, market oriented, marketing activities & achieve maximum impact to sales

-        University Degree or higher

-        Over 05 years of retail industry experience, preferably Assistant Manager

-        Strong knowledge in footwear.

-        Strong management and leadership skill, possess strategic and analytical thinking and high level of initiative and integrity

-        Strong planning and inventory control, sale achievement.

-        Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus

-        Fluency in spoken & written English is prerequisite;

-        Willing to travel frequently inside & outside Vietnam
