Merchandise Planning Executive (My Closet)

Focus display & VMD all store.

Research market trend.

• Must take responsibility for Sales and GP by strengthening coordinated sales
• Create coordination (VMD &LCD signage) according to monthly theme in cooperation with the MD
• Create coordinated outfits for mannequins to wear each month in cooperation with the MD.
• Create monthly model layouts(including display) in coopretation with the MD
• Always work closely with the OP team. Participate in My Closet monthly meetings with the MD team, SV and the store team to share everyone understands the same plan and together find solutions to improve the store better.

Making advertisement and Promotion plan, then work wiht MKT team and related other Dept

• Working with MKT to make mailer, leaflet, POP, POSM, Diginal content,etc.
• Making plan of regular promotion, boucher promotion, E-voucher, and specific event, workshop, joining exibiton, etc.
• Trying to make new advertising and promotion

Market Reserch

• Researching grobal market, local market and region market, then making a report for MD planning and store making.
• Store comparison (Aeon and others)
• Looking for the particular supplier who make trend report, MD calender, styling plan, etc. if necessary.

Making and organizing of training program

• Making a training program standard for OP to have the knowrage of product features, VMD, customer service, etc.
• Working with related dept to organize the training.
• Organize a training with SV and related members.

Digital Activity planning

• Making contents for LCD signage & SNS with MD,another department.
• Build-up membership program plan with SV and MD

Other duties

• Interpreter in Trend Map & Theme meeting.
• Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

• University/senmon degree
• Knowledgeable and experienced in merchandise display and mannequin coordination.
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic and devoted collaboration with another person.
• Good problem solving skills
• Analysis skills on figures ,numbers.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• Strong organizing and time-management skills
