1/Merchandise Financial Plan, Open to Buy & Incoming Plans
- Collaborating with brand team in building seasonal merchandise financial plan that meets company goals and target
- Develop forecast sales, open to buy (OTB) & inventory to ensure they are adherence to company's goals & target
- Managing rolling forecast and drives analysis by article level to identify opportunities and risks and makes recommendations at pre-season, in-season and post season
- Coordinate with brand team to arrange incoming goods that adhere to buying plan and inventory target
2/Improves Merchandise Lines
- Assist brand team with assortment and product planning that align to Merchandise & OTB plans
- Provide guidance on assortment breadth and depth and by door / door-cluster assortment plan
- Provide guidance on size breakdown based on historical sales
- Review buying analysis to ensure appropriate depth and breadth of each category and price level
3/Allocation Strategy and Execute Replenishment Operations
- Review pre-allocation / initial allocation plan develop by brand team
- Assess stock distribution to ensure proper replenishment
4 /Optimizing Sales & Margin Opportunities
- Review in-season markdowns to optimize margin
- Review promotions impact to sales & margin
5/ Business Partnership
- Participate in the Weekly Brand Meeting in order to discuss regarding buying issue & identify sales opportunities through effective strategic planning
- Overseeing the Process for maintain historical records for hindsight review to captureopportunities and include next year's recommended actions concerning pricing and promotions; grow, sustain or drive efficiency by category; contingency plans; sales curves

- Giving the working instruction to all subordinate under him/her, coaching and evaluating subordinate based on working performance and motivate them to be more effective and efficient
