Job Description

Develop products based on customer requirements and coordinate fabric/trims sourcing and sample development.
Prepare costing, including fabric price, trims, consumption estimation, and SMV calculation.
Communicate and negotiate directly with customers regarding product details, pricing, lead time, and delivery schedules.
Monitor sample development, bulk production progress, and T&A milestones to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate with factory, sourcing, QA, CS, and related teams to resolve production and development issues.
Follow up customer requirements, tech packs, testing standards, and product approvals before bulk production.
Support handling customer complaints, pending materials/garments, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.

Graduate from University
Have 3-5 years of merchandising experience in garment factories, strong customer handling and costing skills.
Good English communication skills
