Merchandiser in Garment

ASSITANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Asst manage and knowledge about material booking (fabric & trims).

• Asst manage and knowledge about making balance sheet and arrange all material to factory for production

• Solve fabric/trims problems with garment factories & fabric Mills, supplier

• Travel and solve the problem with garment factories during production.

• To manage and report on the critical path for all production and ensure delivery dates are tracked and met.

• Liaise between US office, buyer, supplier & factory to ensure all communications understood and followed through.

• Ensure all material delivery on time and follow all shipments delivery.

• Manage and knowledge about monitor the samples.

• Coordinate with a QC team to solve the problem in production.

• Asst manage and knowledge about sourcing local trims & garment factories.

• Will discuss more detail about tasks.

DESCRIPTION:

** Priority a merchandiser had experience to handle the production and have knowledge about the shipment oversea, import/export.

• Vietnamese male or female with more than 3 years working experience in the garment field.

• Experience in woven shirt/pants/skirt/vest set/ suit set/blazer/fleece jacket/knitwear with ability to foresee, report & solve issues.

• Ability to work independently, decisively, flexibly

• Ability to communicate at all levels.

• Ability to work with garment factories/Supplier/buyer.

• Ability to travel for work.

• Experience in fabric booking & solving a problem.

• Good in speaking/writing/listening English.

• Good computer skills.

• From 35 years old to up.
