Merchandiser - Nhân viên đơn hàng

* Costing:

• Make the Cost Table (CBD) to get BOD’s aproval before sending to customer FOB qoutes within required timeframe.
• Manage cost processes.
• Work and cross-check with team and functional groups for cost accuracy
• Make a cost sheet to quote for customers easily
• Costs for existing customers, for mass production
• Follow updated versions of the costing to provide promptly.
• Regulary checking calculations report to BOD for any changes

* Merchandising:

• Communicating to Buyer & Supplier & Factory to solve all matters from development until shipment directly.
• Transfer order to production planning department
• Controlling & solving all problems related to order’s progress.
• Follow up the delivery and customer’s payment
• Overview understand customer’s product requirement

* Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

• At least 3 years experience at the same position for manufacturing company (wood/wooden toys industry is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge/skills in MS Excel
• Good English
• Work under pressure
