Merchandiser Trim (Purchaser)

Task 1:

Check document and yield from Development and Technical Dept to update trims information for booking of each style

Based on quantity order to order Trims and tracking shipment arrive at the factory

Ensure Trims arrive on time and full

Solve other issues from suppliers to ensure the correct quantity and quality

Issue suggestion payment, provide information, documents to relevant Depts to pay for domestic and foreign supplier

Task 2:

Handover meeting from Development Dept: sample/ document, relevant brand information

Deployment meeting before Bulk production with Production, Sample room, Technical, Deloyment

Translate and provide document, sample, and hilighted information for relevant Depts before Bulk production

Task 3:

Approved Trimcard

Planing sewing sample for production: Size Set, QRS, QPP, China testing

Report and update Trims status for relevant Depts: APS, WIP, report Trims stock

Task 4:

Solve other issues from relevant Depts

Support team on rush time follow Leader requirement

·         University majoring in textile technology or related field 

-          English certificate – Rather Understand reading documents and basic writing on email communicate

-          Understanding of material consumption calculate 

-          Basic knowledge & understanding for garment field

-          Understand ERP or any similar data system management 

-          At least >1 Years of experience or with the same position in company
