Job Description

Leading the development activities
Responsible for the technical design function, including pattern making, grading, sizing, sewing construction, cutting specs, material usage (BOM).
Responsible for timely and accurately loading the product data into the systems.
Works closely with the Corporate Product Development team to understand and introduce new product into the internal network
Organize sourcing and the sample making process

Fluent English in both speaking and writing (a must)
Minimum 3 year Experience in Garment industry.
Ability to source components and materials from local market or internet for sample making purpose. Make as separate skills the ability to work with designers and create and update BOM
Ability and skill to lead the team to achieve targets : managing people skill.
Being honest and ethical, reliable, responsible, dependable
Good natured and cooperative attitude
High responsible in job
