Job Description

  1. Monitor and strictly control the entire product development process, from sampling stage to order completion and shipment.
  2. Ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time (lead time) according to client requirements.
  3. Act as the key point of contact, coordinating closely with the Sourcing team and Merchandisers in Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices to update information and handle arising issues.
  4. Source, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential suppliers locally and internationally.
  5. Conduct factory visits to assess production capacity, supervise processes, and work independently on-site.

Job Requirement

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or Order Management in the Home Decor/Furniture industry.
  2. Willing to travel domestically and across Asian countries as required.
  3. Flexible working hours to meet factory timelines, especially during peak seasons.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under high pressure.
  5. English: Fluent in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to work directly with international partners.
  6. Preferred: Candidates with Chinese language skills (communication or professional level).
  7. Age: From 25 – 35. Proactive, honest, and highly responsible.
