1. Manage documents of all SKUs:
- Work closely with Supplier management team to check expired date documents.
- Push suppliers to submit document on time before block code on systems.
- Arrange the time to checking & follow all document and appendix from supplier on time.
2. Negotiate skill:
- Step by step negotiate the promotion plan with supplier follow Aeon timeline (mailer promotion/ Weekend/..)
- Arrange sampling schedule with supplier in store.
- Checking all rebate on trading term & make analysis.
3. Building POG:
- Make analysis about department to deeply understand category, subcategory, segment.
- Make market survey to understand about market trend.
- Update POG based on market trend/ customer trend & company policy.
4. Responsibility sale & gross profit:
- Sale and GP: weekly check to ensure matching with company target.
- Checking inventory to ensure enough quantity for promotion plan (delivery ratio).
- Understand about the assortment plan to make product strategy.
