Mfg Team Leader

• Back up to Production supervisor in order to solve & lead the team at Production area.
• Deploying the cross training and new hired training to team members in order to ensure the readiness manpower for production & enhance the skills.
• Deploy the performance evaluation to employees base on the evaluation system of company.
• Support to DL in order to deploy the production schedule to team members in order to achieve the highest results: safety, quality, delivery and effectiveness.
• Support to Supervisor in planning and organizing the materials, tools & consumable and manpower in order to satisfy the production schedule.
• Support to control & supervise the production activities of team members on processing lines in order to have the appropriate actions.
• Daily & weekly control the line balancing, personal efficiency, FPY, RTPY, material usage variance.
• Support to maintain and improve the personal efficiency, first pass yield, material usage variance in order to achieve the highest level.
• Collaborate  and instruct the daily tasks to team members in order to perform better and complete well the assigned job.
• Report to Supervisor the operation activities and results in shiftly.

• Be able to work on 3 shifts (8hours per shift)
• College or University degree in Technical: Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or Industrial management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must be experienced in: working in teams, Problem solving, Analyses, Reporting & Planning and making decision.
• Knowledged in Production management, ISO: 9001-2015, 13485, 5S, ERP: SAP …
• Experienced in Medical device industry is a plus
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Be proactive, careful and detail-orientation.
• Good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
