Moldflow Engineer

Digital Manufacturing Engineer is making Mold construction and other CAD related work in order to reach the goals given by Senior Moldshop Manager/Assistant Moldshop Manager

· Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group.

· Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee's abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.

· Responsible for making Digital Manufacturing process more efficient and valuable:

• Develop detailed designs for molds used in sample and production stage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mold designs meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee the construction and testing of molds to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
• Perform moldflow simulations to predict and optimize the flow of materials within the mold.
• Develop and implement laser programs for textures of products.
• Identify and source materials required for mold construction and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Make Kaizen report
• Fill out all checklists related to CAD process

· Responsible for the correct time bookings

· Responsible for following files: Update the project overview charts; Update measurement report for important dimensions

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

·         University bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar majors)

·         Experience working with Rhinoceros software is required

·         Have experience in CAD/CAM programming for Mold Making is a plus

·         Good knowledge in CAD/CAM software (Powershape/ PowerMill software will be prefered)

·         Good at English in both written and verbal skills         

·         Communication and negotiation skills

·         Problem solving skills                        

·         MS office application
