Job Description

Deliver best possible customer service for the assigned product category by prompt provision of promise date, schedule improvement, expedite options with costs/ trade-off; and other scenarios analysis/ solution proposal as business requires
Collaborate with OPD/MPM team for demand receipt and commitment based on 4M analysis
Follow up with PC on production plan to meet OTD, follow up shipment with shipping team
Review, convey and publish Master Schedule plan medium – long term (up to 6 to 12 months)
Demand receipt & analysis to confirm back OPD/Customer
Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule along with contract manufacturers to ensure schedule achievability
Convey or publish Production Plan to entire constituents
Daily Promise Date update & follow up with OPD/ SHP team to ensure OTD
Daily communicate to OPD & other departments to address ad hoc
Outstanding review & update
Capacity sizing, 4M analysis
E&O follow up FG and related materials
Make-part aging follow up
New model list preparing 1st MP/PR demand with Project team
Spare part/ buy part (STN)
RTS/MKT/OQC sample
Ramp up plan or simulation plan to special request
Reporting: All demand, Master scheduling, Category Master, Inventory projection….

University/College degree
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in planning related role
Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logistics
Strong experience and sense in capacity planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure
High adaptability to change, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, and independent
Good competency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; and ERP is a plus
Good time management
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), Chinese is a plus
