Job Purpose
The MT Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing key modern trade accounts to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure excellent execution across all assigned channels and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with key modern trade customers such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and chain retailers.
- Build strong partnerships with buyers and category managers to drive business growth.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotion plans, listing fees, and annual agreements.
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts and customer commitments.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop account growth strategies and business plans for assigned customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand product distribution and shelf presence.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Promotion & Trade Marketing Execution
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Ensure effective in-store visibility, merchandising, and POSM implementation.
- Track promotion performance and ROI analysis.
- Manage new product launches within key accounts.
4. Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand planning for assigned accounts.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to minimize out-of-stock situations.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports, business reviews, and account performance analysis.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency and profitability.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and operational challenges.
- Support company strategies and commercial initiatives.

- Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
