Assist customers to install networking equipment and testing.
Support and maintain Customers equipment on site.
Maintain network hardware and software for seamless connectivity.
Conduct regular network maintenance and updates.
Provide network engineering support and training to other team members.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science (or any diploma related to Network).
Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Job can be permanent or 2 years contract as minimum. - Fresh graduate from diploma or degree with networking.
