Network Engineer

Working location: 2nd Floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC

Working time: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco and Mikrotik routers/switches, including policy-based routing.
• Manage and secure core network services (DHCP, DNS, VPN, FTP) ensuring stability and high availability.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Provide end-user support for connectivity, access, and troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance standards.
• Support and maintain hardware infrastructure (switches, routers, servers) and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and document configurations, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system resilience and user experience.

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with hands-on expertise in Cisco and Mikrotik.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Can support users running Linux environment for network access/diagnostic tasks.
• Experience in a 24/7 IT service environment supporting end-users.
• Familiarity with storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level or higher).

 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Zimbra on-premises email solutions.
• Knowledge of Proxmox Virtual Environment.
• Familiarity with TrueNAS/ZFS storage systems.
