Network Engineer

1.       Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

2.       Configure and operate network devices (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balancer).

3.       Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and stability.

4.       Troubleshoot network issues (Latency, Packet loss, Connectivity failures).

5.       Implement and enforce network security policies (Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN).

6.       Support system/application teams in resolving network-related issues.

7.       Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.

8.       Carry out additional and related duties assigned by management.

1. Educational background:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

2. Experiences:

·       Experienced : More than 5 years experience in network engineering or related IT field

·       Fresh : > 2 years experience in network engineering or related IT field

3. Skills:

·       Network technologies: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing (OSPF/BGP), VPN, DNS, DHCP

·       Network devices: Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet (or equivalent)

·       Network security: Firewall, IDS/IPS, NAC, Zero Trust concept

·       Monitoring tools: PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix (or similar)

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·       Language – English (mandatory)

·       Good attitude in workplace

·       Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

·       l and customer service skills.

4. Other:

·       Experience in manufacturing IT environment (MES/ERP/WMS) is preferred

·       Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA/CCNP or equivalent

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents
