• Manage the administration job of Engineering dept
• Check the application documents as GMP regulation.
• Check, update daily working schedule of Engineering Staff and Machine Operator
• Monitor employee working hours in the department to optimize overtime.
• Checking, arrange parts in technical room
• Follow calibration schedule of equipment
• Cooperate with concerned departments in handling change.
• Follow, control GMP document.
• Support inspection
• Follow up on the environmental monitoring schedule
• Follow consumption and manage purchase orders
• Follow other duties required from upper persons

• Graduated from university with a degree in Office Administration.
• Honest in work and highly responsible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
