- Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, including PTW, MOC, LSR, ALPS, SOPs, and 5S standards.

- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Thực hiện các hoạt động bảo trì phòng ngừa và khắc phục nhằm đảm bảo độ tin cậy của thiết bị và hiệu quả vận hành.

- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and utility system issues to minimize unplanned downtime.

Xử lý sự cố hệ thống điện, thiết bị đo lường và các hệ thống tiện ích nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy ngoài kế hoạch.

- Perform routine inspections of production equipment, laboratory facilities, and utility systems.

Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ đối với thiết bị sản xuất, phòng thí nghiệm và các hệ thống tiện ích.

- Identify equipment abnormalities and recurring failures; propose and implement improvement solutions.

Phát hiện các bất thường và sự cố lặp lại của thiết bị; đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp cải tiến.

- Support maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.

Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa nhằm tối ưu hóa hiệu suất thiết bị.

- Monitor and maintain utility systems, including low-voltage electrical systems, compressed air, dust collection, LEV, and chilled water systems.

Giám sát và bảo trì các hệ thống tiện ích bao gồm điện hạ thế, khí nén, thu gom bụi, LEV và hệ thống nước lạnh.

- Collaborate closely with Production and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing processes.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Sản xuất và Bảo trì nhằm nâng cao độ tin cậy của thiết bị và cải thiện quy trình sản xuất.

- Supervise contractors and ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.

Giám sát nhà thầu và đảm bảo các công việc bảo trì được thực hiện an toàn, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn của công ty.

- Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and maintenance records within the assigned area.

Quản lý dụng cụ bảo trì, phụ tùng dự phòng và hồ sơ bảo trì trong khu vực phụ trách.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì hệ thống điện trong môi trường sản xuất.

- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering (Intermediate, Technical College, or equivalent).

Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp, Cao đẳng hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan đến Điện.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and P&ID drawings.

Có khả năng đọc hiểu sơ đồ điện và bản vẽ P&ID.

- Knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and basic root cause analysis.

Có kiến thức về bảo trì điện, bảo trì phòng ngừa (PM), bảo trì dự đoán (PdM) và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ cơ bản.

- Basic knowledge of automation systems (PLC, HMI, Inverter, etc.) and experience in a chemical manufacturing environment are advantages.

Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ thống tự động hóa (PLC, HMI, Biến tần,...) và kinh nghiệm trong nhà máy hóa chất là một lợi thế.

- Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, customer focus, and willingness to learn.

Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tinh thần làm việc nhóm, tư duy hướng khách hàng và ham học hỏi.

- Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure; basic English is preferred.
