Job Description

1. Social Insurance:
- In charge of collect sickness and maternity documents from staff & and proceed according to social insurance regulations
- Support employees with issues related to social insurance settlement

2. Timekeeping data management, salary calculation:
- Support timekeeping, salary calculation
- Fix and report Edoc of store to related departments

3. Tax, PIT:
- Make requests to provide tax codes for new employees
- Support employees in registering dependents for family deductions
- Conduct annual personal income tax finalization

4. Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

College/University degree in related majors.

Prefer to have 1 year of related experience in related to HR dept.

Ability to work under high pressure.

Computer literacy.

Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.

Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.

(Latest shift: 14:30 - 22:30, two-three days/month)
