• Communicate directly with overseas customers and head office.
• Receive POs from the customers and closely work with factories for the best delivery schedule to satisfy customer requirements.
• Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure that all customer orders/requests, production changes are updated in the OOR files, D365 system, customer’s websites properly and on-time.
• Respond to customers’ questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
• Support production and other departments in customer-related matters.
• Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager.
• University Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in order management.
• Experience working for a foreign owned enterprise.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment (familiarity with production workflow, lead time, and communication with planning team, production team…).
• English: can read and write email.
• Basic computer science.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Carefulness and have a high sense of responsibility. Organization Relationship
