JD PACT : CUSTOMER SERVICE (6 MONTHS)

- Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to process purchase orders (POs) and work with customer daily operations.

- Input e-system and Prepare documents including invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

- Experience in customer service relating selling cargo from warehouse is prefer.

- Acknowledge about transportation via cross border.

- Online interview is requirement. (If need)

-        College / University

-        Word, Excel, Outlook , ERP, EDI system

-        Good English skills. Chinese is advantage
