About the Job:

1. SEA/AIR Export

Receive Booking request from customers >> Seek the approval from Sales/Agent >> Get booking from Carrier/Co loader/Airline >> Make MBL/HBL/MAWB/HAWB >> Send Pre-alert to overseas agent.

2. SEA/AIR Import

Receive shipment Notice/Pre-alert from Agent >> Checking shipment status with Carrier/Co loader/Airport >> Submit Manifest to Customs >> Send Arrive notice to Client >> Release Delivery Order to Client.

3. REPORT:

Sent Sea & AIR shipment report to Supervisor weekly.

4. ENQUIRY:

Check the rates from Carriers/Master Loader/Airline and report to Supervisor.

Job Requirements: 1-2 years experience in handling operations in sea logistics.
