Job Description

Nhiệm vụ chính/Key Responsibilities:

Vận hành & Hành chính / Operations & Administration

- Phối hợp các hoạt động hành chính và giao tiếp nội bộ giữa các phòng ban.
Coordinate administrative activities and internal communication between departments.

- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động marketing, bán hàng, hợp đồng, pháp lý.
Support the execution of marketing, sales, contracting, and regulatory activities.

- Quản lý chứng từ, theo dõi phê duyệt nội bộ, hồ sơ, chứng nhận.
Manage documentation, internal approval flows, and certificates.

- Liên hệ với nhà cung cấp, cơ quan nhà nước và đối tác khi cần thiết.
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and government authorities when needed.

- Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình làm việc, nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Hỗ trợ Nhân sự / Human Resources Support

- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, hội nhập nhân viên mới và quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

- Quản lý hợp đồng lao động, quyết định, thông báo; đảm bảo tuân thủ luật lao động và tiêu chuẩn ISO.
Manage contracts, HR decisions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and ISO standards.

- Thực hiện thủ tục BHXH, BHYT, thuế TNCN, tính lương cơ bản.
Handle social insurance, health insurance, PIT declaration, and basic payroll support.

- Tổ chức và theo dõi đào tạo nội bộ, đánh giá kết quả sau đào tạo.
Organize and monitor internal/external training sessions and evaluate outcomes.

Tuân thủ / Compliance

- Cập nhật và đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về lao động, thuế, bảo hiểm, ATVSLĐ.
Ensure compliance with labor, tax, insurance, and occupational safety regulations.

- Theo dõi việc tuân thủ nội quy, quy định của công ty.
Monitor adherence to company rules and policies.

An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường / HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

- Thực hiện, theo dõi và báo cáo định kỳ công tác an toàn, môi trường, và PCCC.
Implement, monitor, and report on safety, environment, and fire prevention activities.

- Phối hợp các phòng ban trong công tác kiểm tra, huấn luyện, giám sát ATVSLĐ.
Coordinate inspections, training, and supervision of occupational safety.

- Quản lý hồ sơ HSE: báo cáo tai nạn, quan trắc môi trường, chất thải nguy hại.
Manage HSE documentation: incident reports, environmental monitoring, hazardous waste.

- Là đầu mối làm việc với cơ quan chức năng về HSE khi cần.
Serve as focal contact for authorities on HSE issues.

Báo cáo / Reporting

- Báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp trên và các cơ quan liên quan theo quy định.
Prepare periodic reports for management and authorities.

- Đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện quy trình và hiệu quả công việc.
Suggest improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirement

-          Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị, Nhân sự hoặc An toàn – Môi trường.
College degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, or HSE-related field.

-          2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong hành chính, nhân sự, điều phối hoặc hỗ trợ vận hành.
2–4 years of experience in administration, human resources, coordination, or operations support

-          Hiểu biết về luật lao động, bảo hiểm, thuế, và quy định HSE.
Knowledge of labor law, insurance, tax, and HSE regulations.

-          Tiếng Anh: Khá (Intermediate English proficiency).

-          Thành thạo tin học văn phòng; biết ERP/Odoo là lợi thế.
Proficient in MS Office; ERP/Odoo experience is a plus.

-          Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, tổ chức, làm việc độc lập và nhóm tốt.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
