Nhân viên HSE-CSR-ESG

What will you do:

◊ Responsible for implementing all kind of programs / projects related to ESG launched by brands such as: RSL, Higg Index, Better Work, Energy Mangament Software, P.A.C.E/RISE program, WCP, LABs, CIQ, ISO 14001:2015, Donation , CARE, Fair Trade ect…
◊ Entertain buyers / visitors visit Nobland related to ESG’s activities. Do presentation about ESG performance to introduce to buyers / visitors.
◊ Suppo t to prepare for logistics when buyers / visitors coming.
◊ Conduct internal factory labor / HSE audits independently and in depth internal audits with the corporate ESG team.
◊ Lead the internal fire fighting team and conduct internal & external fire drill annually.
◊ Coduct weekly visual inspection with internal team.
◊ Drive the implementation of C-TPAT & Social Compliance requirements in the company by supporting and guiding to management team.
◊ Prepare comments /questions / action plans for all internal and external as customers, and 3rd party related to social & C-TPAT compliance audit and others.
◊ Manage and support subcontractors.
◊ Follow up and coordinate RSL program of Levi's

What should you have:

+ You are experienced in the OHS role. (at least 1 year).

+  Solid knowledge about CSR, and OHS law code.

+  Good communication skills.

+  Intermediate English level.

+  Certified compliance professional in labor safety / EHS / Energy Engineering is a plus.
