User Support: Provide prompt technical support to employees regarding computer hardware (PCs/Laptops), peripherals (printers, photocopiers, scanners), and office software.
System Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and company-specific applications.
Network Infrastructure: Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi systems; resolve basic connectivity and network access issues.
Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, perform routine maintenance, and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
Data Security: Assist in implementing security protocols, managing user access permissions, and ensuring regular data backups.
Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Network Administration.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points).
Proficiency in troubleshooting OS issues and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Knowledge of Windows Server or ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a strong service mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
