• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng trong ngành nhựa, nhà máy sản xuất, khu công nghiệp.
• Tư vấn và bán máy đúc nhựa, thiết bị và giải pháp kỹ thuật liên quan.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật để đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp cho khách hàng.
• Lập báo giá, đàm phán hợp đồng và theo dõi tiến độ thanh toán.
• Chăm sóc khách hàng, theo dõi giao hàng, lắp đặt và hậu mãi.

• Develop and expand customers in the plastics and manufacturing industry.
• Consult and sell injection molding machines and related technical solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up payments.

🔹 YÊU CẦU / REQUIREMENTS

VN:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học (Kinh doanh, Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử hoặc liên quan).
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh B2B thiết bị công nghiệp / máy đúc nhựa.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt; chủ động, chịu được áp lực doanh số.
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác.
• Tiếng Anh bắt buộc( giao tiếp trong công việc)
• Biết tiếng Trung là lợi thế.
• Có bằng lái xe.

• College/University degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or injection molding machines is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills; target-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel for business.
• English language required(communication in the workplace)
