• Working in shift.
• Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform check-in, check-out, and reservation-related procedures accurately.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Assist in handling emergency situations according to hotel procedures.

• Bachelor/college in Tourism/Hospitality Management 
• At least 06 months relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Possess good public relations and presentation skills
• Smiling face, and willing to learn
• Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
• Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus
