Job Description

Handling customer inquiries.
Preparing documents related to the shipment, working with customs declaration agents and clearing customs.
Ensuring orders are shipped promptly.
Resolving any customer issues.

Job Requirement

Ability to handle orders accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software.
