Job Description

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and manage order processes.

  • Work with suppliers/factories to ensure product quality meets the Ministry of Health's (MOH) regulations and that delivery schedules are met.

  • Manage import-export documents and procedures.

  • Execute and oversee international payments.

  • Manage foreign trade contracts.

  • Source, negotiate, and select transportation providers for international shipments.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to handle issues related to goods.

  • Maintain and organize records and documents in a complete and systematic manner.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement

Educational Background: Bachelor's or College degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international purchasing.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
  • Proficiency in order management and problem-solving.

  • English proficiency in communication and the ability to read and understand import-export documents.

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
