Job Summary

We are looking for a Sample Receiving Staff to manage the receipt, registration, and distribution of customer samples, ensuring all samples are accurately recorded, traceable, and delivered to the correct laboratory or business unit in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive samples from customers, logistics providers, and SGS couriers, and act as the primary contact point for sample handover.
• Register and maintain accurate sample information in logbooks and internal systems to ensure traceability.
• Sort and distribute samples to the appropriate laboratories or business units efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor sample status and promptly report any issues such as missing, damaged, misplaced, or unidentified samples.
• Maintain proper documentation and support daily operations within the sample receiving area.

• High school diploma or above (College degree is an advantage).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Careful, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
