Job Description

  • Work closely and communicate effectively with Adidas LO & HQ to deliver products on time and to brand requirements.

  • Take ownership of product quality throughout the entire development process, from sampling to production, including materials, components, FGT and compliance.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of cleated shoes for athletes and manage development seasons effectively, including PROMO projects.

  • Align with the Development Manager to define and execute development goals and annual roadmaps.

  • Coordinate internal teams and selected T2/T3 technical partners to ensure timelines, standards and execution efficiency.

  • Proactively propose Kaizen improvements in processes, technology and machinery to enhance product quality and consistency.

Job Requirement

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Strong attention to detail; deadline-oriented with excellent time-management skills.

  • No experience required; candidates with relevant experience may be considered for higher-level positions.
