Nhân viên QC – Lấy mẫu nguyên liệu & bao bì

Chức năng công việc chính/ Primary Job Function:

1. Lấy mẫu nguyên liệu và bao bì/ Sampling raw material and packaging

Đảm bảo các nội dung bên dưới nhưng không giới hạn/ To Ensure the contents as below but not limited:

o   Lấy mẫu đáp ứng kịp thời kế hoạch kiểm nghiệm theo yêu cầu sản xuất/ Sampling in time to meet testing plans according to the production requirements

o   Đảm bảo lấy mẫu theo đúng quy trình lấy mẫu nguyên liệu và bao bì/ Ensure sampling is in accordance with the sampling procedure for raw materials and packaging.

o   Di chuyển trong khu vực sạch cấp D theo đúng sơ đồ yêu cầu./ Move in class D clean areas according to the required diagram.

o   Đảm bảo lượng mẫu lấy đúng và đủ theo yêu cầu./ Ensure the correct and sufficient amount of samples is taken as required.

o   Đảm bảo ghi chép nhật kí sử dụng phòng lấy mẫu, dụng cụ và thiết bị đúng và đầy đủ/ Ensure that the log of the use of the sampling room, tools and equipment is recorded correctly and completely

2. Thực hiện vệ sinh khu vực lấy mẫu/ Perform cleaning of sampling area

o   Đảm bảo vệ sinh đúng theo quy trình vệ sinh khu vực lấy mẫu và dụng cụ lấy mẫu/ Ensure proper cleaning of the sampling area and sampling tools according to the cleaning procedure.

o   Đảm bảo ghi chép nhật kí đúng và đầy đủ sau khi kết thúc quá trình vệ sinh/ Ensure correct and complete log entry after the cleaning process is completed.

3. Định tính bao bì, nguyên liệu bằng kỹ thuật định tính nhanh Raman cầm tay./ Identify packaging and raw materials using the handheld rapid Raman identification technique.

o   Đảm bảo vận hành thiết bị Raman đúng theo quy trình, thao tác cẩn thận và bảo quản thiết bị trong quá trình sử dụng an toàn tránh va chạm và hư hỏng./ Make sure to operate the Raman device according to the correct procedures, operate carefully and preserve the device during safe use to avoid collision and damage.

o   Đảm bảo kết quả phân tích định tính bằng máy Raman phải đúng theo yêu cầu./ Ensure the result identification by Raman equipment is corrected to the requirements.

4. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của trưởng phòng/ Perform the other works as the assign of quality control manager

HỌC VẤN TỐI THIỂU/ MINIMUM EDUCATION

o   Tốt nghiệp trung cấp đến Đại học các ngành Hóa, dược/ Graduated from intermediate or University of chemistry or pharmacy   

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING REQUIRED

o   Được đào tạo trước khi thực hiên công việc/ Be trained before performing task

o   Làm việc nhóm/ Team work

o   Biết tổ chức, sắp xếp công việc/ Skill of organization and arrangement

o   Kĩ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề./ Analytical, problem solving skills
