Testing & Inspection: inspect incoming materials, semi products and finish good by using sensory evaluation skills, measuring instruments or laboratory testing.

Defect Identification: Reject, discard, or return items that fail to meet tolerance levels.

Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain logs, and complete reports or Certificate of Analysis forms.

Process Monitoring: Work alongside production plant to identify the root cause of recurring defects and recommend adjustments to manufacturing procedures.

Equipment Calibration: Ensure testing and measurement equipment is operating accurately and call for repairs when necessary.

• Good knowleage about GMP, HACCP

  Attention to detail skills: Ability to detect minor errors and maintain accurate production batches..

  Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and write precis reports.

  Communication: Willing to learn and perform assigned tasks.

  Reading and reporting in English, proficient in computer and email.

  At least 2 years of experience in the nuts and dried fruits industry or equivalent.

  Ability to work and report to manager remotely. Ability for business travel.
